MEDIA personality Dr Criselda Kananda feels deeply honoured to be nominated to receive a prestigious Hgeia Award at the Women of Truth: Integrative Health Conference in Dubai.
The event will take place at the Avani+Palm Hotel in Dubai on Friday, 31 May.
The South African broadcaster, motivational speaker, counsellor, corporate executive, and global health icon was selected to represent South Africa and Africa as a global health thought leader.
Criselda will be honoured as an Archetype of Divine Feminine Leadership under the banner "Will to Power."
According to their statement, the Hgeia Award aims to promote psycho-social support for women and showcase the extraordinary visions of inspirational women.
They said Criselda embodies the essence of resilience and wisdom.
Criselda said the nomination came as a huge surprise and so unexpectedly given that a former SABC executive, Yvonne Kgame, founder of Infinite Grate, nominated her for the award.
