THE Gold One Mine workers are giving their employers an ultimatum.
They demand all the workers to be dismissed if the reinstatement doesn't take place.
The mine in Springs, Ekurhuleni has dismissed workers who participated in the hostage situation protest that happened in October.
Mine worker Lesiba Leso said they will not allow the operation to take place.
"No workers will enter the mine if our demands are not met. The workers who have been dismissed were fighting for every employee at the mine. The mine has dismissed the workers for fighting for their rights," said Lesiba.

Another worker, Sbusiso Xaba, said workers want to join Amcu because NUM had failed them.
"We work hard at this mine but we get peanuts. The salaries are very low and this has to end. Amcu should take over to ensure workers get better living wages," said Xaba.
Gold One Mine head of legal Ziyaad Hassam said the company will not reinstate the workers who have been dismissed.
"Workers who have been dismissed and are not happy with the outcome of the disciplinary process can file an internal appeal and if they are still not happy with the internal appeal, they take them back to the CCMA.
"We will not be reinstating any employees based on what happened over the last few days," Hassam said.
