She said constant speculation about her body has been emotionally difficult.

SOCIAL media influencer and musician Mandz Not Hot makes an emotional plea.

The popular content creator broke down after revealing that repeated online questions about whether she is pregnant or not have triggered her.

The 26-year-old from Tshwane, whose real name is Mnadisa Jakavula, shared the heartbreaking news that she suffered a miscarriage last year.

She said constant speculation about her body has been emotionally difficult.

Mandz is best known for her short, humorous vlogs narrated in Sepitori, a Tshwane-based lingo, that chronicle her daily life.

She gained popularity for her engaging, relatable content and is also venturing into music as a singer.

In a raw and emotional video posted on TikTok, the influencer called on social media users to be kinder in their interactions and avoid making assumptions about others.

Looking visibly upset and like she had been crying, she spoke openly about her pain.

"I think making videos like this on the internet is something else, but I'm going to make it anyways. Guys, can you please stop being mean?" said Mandz.

She asked people to stop bombarding her comment sections with insensitive questions.

"Can you please stop going to my comments section and asking if I'm pregnant? I lost my baby. They are thinking it's because of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), but my doctors are not sure. I lost my baby last year and it's kind of weird going to the comments section and people are like, 'Oh are you pregnant?'" she said.

The influencer explained that she is battling to lose weight due to PCOS, which makes it harder to shed belly fat.

"I'm going to the gym and I'm not losing the belly fat because of the stupid PCOS that's making it hard to lose [weight], and I'm trying to heal," she said.

She revealed that while trying to heal from her devastating loss, random people keep triggering her with their questions.

"Random people ask if I'm pregnant and I feel like that is such a rude thing to say to someone because you don't know what people are struggling with. You don't know what they are coping with. Please stop."

Her emotional plea serves as a powerful reminder to think before commenting on someone's body. You never know what battle they are fighting.
