Bright’s intention is to serve as a source of encouragement, empowerment, and solidarity. Through sharing her own experiences.

A 36-YEAR-OLD enthusiastic woman, Bright Baloyi from Rustenburg, North West believes dreams are achievable regardless of where one comes from.

Her dream came true when she made it to the semi-final rounds of Mrs South Africa.

She told Daily Sun that her goal is to inspire youth, highlighting the achievability of dreams despite "your rural backgrounds".

"I was instilled with the values of kindness, compassion, and the importance of lifting others up from a young age," she said.

These principles have been her guiding light, leading her on a path she said never imagined she would walk. That's the path to becoming a finalist in the Mrs South Africa pageant.

After completing her matric in 2006, Bright was eager to embark on a professional journey as a skills development facilitator.

"I'm drawn to roles in skills development and youth empowerment. With six years experience as a technician at Eskom and expertise as a facilitator in electrical engineering, I'm confident in my ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to any organisation. I aim to impact married women facing various obstacles," she said.

Bright's intention is to serve as a source of encouragement, empowerment, and solidarity through sharing her own experiences.

"My goal is to inspire married women to embrace their unique strengths, overcome challenges, and pursue their aspirations with courage and resilience. The Mrs South Africa journey has been one of self-discovery. It has provided me with a platform to amplify women's voices, advocate for crucial causes, and inspire others to pursue their dreams relentlessly.

"It has also afforded me the privilege of connecting with remarkable individuals, like yourselves, who share a common commitment to effecting positive change in our world," she said.
