SHIMZA and Tshepo Jeans bring H.O.P.E to the masses!
The DJ and producer's collaboration with the clothing brand is all about restoring hope to Mzansi people.
Shimza said even though times are tough, there's light at the end of the tunnel.
The DJ, whose real name is Ashley Raphala, said this business venture into the fashion world means a lot to him, especially with a brand that talks to the people.
The Joburg-based musician told Daily Sun that working with the founder of Tshepo Jeans Tshepo Mohlala came at the right time when everyone was about to lose hope in what they're doing.
They had their launch at the Tshepo Jeans store in Hyde Park Corner, Joburg on Tuesday, 23 May.
He said H.O.P.E stands for Hold On Pain Ends.
"Unfortunately, pain is something we've all had to endure in our lives with the curve balls life throws at us. But if we hold on and work harder, we come out stronger," Shimza said.

He urged people to be strong and have faith in everything as all will be back to normal.
"Tshepo and I have had this in the works for quite some time. The message has always been there, it's something we speak about and live by," he said.
The musician said he's happy that this happened.
"His name is Tshepo, mine is Kholofelo which both mean hopes, you could say it's destiny. We have always been fans of each other's work and we've become good friends over overtime, so this collaboration makes sense for us to share this personal message of hope together," he said.
Tshepo told Daily Sun that they have been in talks for some time and that this collaboration happened at the right time, and he is looking forward to a better future with Shimza.
"I'm super excited about this collaboration with Shimza. We come a long way and he's a great guy to work with," Tshepo said.
